With over 15 years of experience in leasing, business development, and real estate, Stephanie Cole brings both expertise and a client-first mindset to every transaction. Her career includes leadership roles at Dallas Market Center and national retailers, equipping her with valuable skills in market strategy, negotiation, and relationship management. Whether guiding commercial clients or helping first-time residential buyers, Stephanie is known for her clear communication, tailored solutions, and relentless commitment to getting her clients what they want.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising from Texas State University in San Marcos.

Now based in Tulsa, Stephanie stays connected to the community by supporting Eden Village, volunteering with Clarehouse, and participating in United Women in Faith through her local church.

Outside of work, she enjoys walking, spending time at Grand Lake with friends, family, and her King Charles Cavaliers, or meeting her niece halfway between Tulsa and Fayetteville for a good hike. Raised on NFL Sundays with season tickets to watch Tom Landry’s Doomsday Defense at Texas Stadium, she’s a relentless football fan who studies teams and players year-round. A friend first introduced her to the thrill of college ball after moving to Oklahoma—she hasn’t looked back since, and considers that her true rite of passage.
